Don,

Thank you once again for seizing the opportunity to share your faith and to encourage all of us in the things that are most important in life. May your life be truly blest as you continue to walk with Him.

Hi Don,

I am wondering if there is a particular strategy that you repeatedly use in your day-to-day trading ? Do you think it can be applied regardless of market conditions ?

Thanks,
Bob

Awesome, good message. I am still on the journey to becoming a successful trader, which has been a tough challenge. At least my spiritual destination is already set in Christ : )

Bob -

I pretty much use the same strategies as I have throughout the last decade as taught via the Jellie efforts.

Markets may change flavors, but the key ingredients will always remain the same.

I promise I'm not being a jackass but entirely sincere...I just don't get it. How can someone of your level of intelligence and rationale mind believe in something so irrational? It's unfathomable to me. What is the basis? How can one have faith in something simply b/c a book tells them something exists?

Thanks for sharing your faith with all of us. The fact that you share your entire life is what makes your blog so unique. I like undiluted...and the rants. Have a great 2nd quarter!

Rich

P.S. Your 16 hour study webinars are fantastic...truly a wholesale opportunity :) Thanks!!!

B-rad -

Enough reasons to fill an entirely separate blog and more.

In short, suffice it to say the Rock solid belief comes from far more important parts than the very limited human brain ... it comes from the heart and soul, and has been strengthened over the years by personal experiences that simply defy words.

For me, it would be so very irrational not to believe :-).

Don,

What an incredible testimony! Thank you so much for sharing from your heart--you are truly a blessing to many.

P.S. B-rad, as a former member of Mensa and Magna Cum Laude graduate with a Ph.D. in Industrial Psychology, I totally agree with Don's comment that it would be so very irrational not to believe. As Jeremiah 29:13 states, "You will seek Me and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart." Indeed, it is a heart/soul issue. Thank you for sharing...your frankness and honesty is very much appreciated.

For you to take the time to post
shows that you to have conviction in your beliefs. Funny how belief is the engine that makes all things run though.

If you get a chance pick up More Than A Carpenter by Josh McDowell.

This is on the back of the book. Josh McDowell thought Christians must be "out of their minds." ....

But eventually he saw that his arguments wouldn't really stand up.

It is only 128 pages long and I think you might find it interesting.

Be well,

Rino

Don,

Excellent post - I knew you were a believer. Persons with faith in Jesus all have that indescribable essence that leaks out and others can see it all over their lives (if they are paying attention). You can be Gods hose, spraying others with the truth, keep the hose clean and thanks for exposing your leaks ;)

One of the luxuries of being 60 something is the ability to speak our mind freely- we can blame it on senility.

B-Rad struck a chord obviously.

I have had no less than four personal experiences that convinced me to be "irrational" and be a believer.

The "Book" is part of the message; but what we feel in our hearts, our spirit, our soul, and what we do with it, is what is real.

I choose to believe.

Congrats to your daughter.
