Wow, what a great blog! Discovering you has already changed a lot in my trading and
live. My style of trading is similar to yours (not in size). My tools are also VIX, NYSE TICK and S&P TICK (do you use it too?) and finnaly after long time I am consistently profitable for the last 6 months.
