I found your blog through a link in the LBR chatroom but did follow you on Trading Markets a long time ago. Glad to see your work again! Great posts about VIX and TICK the last few days; they paid off today as good tools for sense-checking. I traded SDS and TWM today and saw how sensitive they were to both measures.
